Inspired by an Illinois zine called Movement, Cops Hate Poetry was created by noted Language poet Charles Bernstein and a collection of literary submissions with no selection process. Poetry includes Bad Poem #1 and Excavations From The Sub-Terrean, and an interview with Eugene Chadbourne.
