This is issue four of 'These Talks Are Cheap', a zine full of interviews with Pete Seeger, Henry Rollins, Billy Bragg, Katy Otto, Anti-Flag, Sepultura, Mates of State, and Mark Anderson. The zine is pretty bare bones, it's just the interviews printed on 8.5 x 11 copy paper secured with a single staple. It seems like it was probably printed in DC around 2006, so it doesn't say so explicitly.
